Problem Solving for Small Business

We help business owners and nonprofit founders unblock barriers.

In Person Problem Solving

We focus on providing live, in person trainings to work through your toughest problems. We know the value of showing up and understanding what you do and how that context solves problems. When you work with us we are showing up and getting to work.

We are with you.

We are in the trenches with you as you do the work and coaching along the way. It works because we are coaching you through the hard shifts you have to make in the business. We make the plan with you and coach you through the execution.
